Mignon du Preez made 31, but consumed 61 deliveries as the asking rate spiraled.Dinesha Devnarain made 26, but by the time she was dismissed, the required rate had climbed to more than seven an over. Chloe Tryon smashed six fours in her 28-ball 32 to briefly keep South Africa in the hunt before Jonassen dismissed her to effectively kill the chase.

وأضاف البيان: “ويؤكد مجلس الإدارة أن شركة تذكرتي ستقوم بإعادة ثمن التذكرة للجماهير خلال 3 أيام عمل بعد إلغاء المباراة”.

الجدير بالذكر، أن نتيجة مباراة الزمالك وسوار الغيني تعتبر تحصيل حاصل بعد حسم الزمالك صدارة مجموعته.

ويحتل الزمالك صدارة مجموعته ببطولة الكونفدرالية، برصيد 13 نقطة، بعد أن حقق 4 انتصارات وتعادل في لقاء وحيد، ليضمن التأهل إلى دور ربع النهائي.

Salah has become one of the finest attacking players in the English top flight since joining Liverpool from AS Roma in 2017, scoring 137 goals and registering 62 assists in what has simply been a stunning spell of success for the Egyptian, suggesting that it isn’t a bad comparison for Diaby to have.

The Liverpool star is the most comparable player to Diaby according to FBref, and if Ten Hag could land someone who can have a similar impact to that of the 31-year-old in the Premier League, it could prove to be an excellent signing.

The pair obviously are extremely dangerous from a wide position, scoring plenty of goals themselves while also generating plenty of chances for others, and this is something that Ten Hag could do with in abundance.

The nine-cap France international has also been lauded as a “demon” by 'Euro Expert' journalist Alex, and the speedy winger is simply a must-buy for United during this transfer window if they look to increase their goal output from the flanks.

Scotland claimed victory honours in the opening match of the inaugural Desert T20 behind a record partnership by Calum MacLeod and Richie Berrington to romp past Hong Kong on a windy day at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. Hong Kong were punished for a sloppy fielding display as captain Kyle Coetzer and George Munsey motored their way through a 61-run opening stand and Scotland faced few problems from Hong Kong’s attack.Offspinner Ehsan Khan produced a double-strike in the eighth over to remove the openers, but it was a minor speed bump as MacLeod and Berrington generated a record T20I stand for Scotland by adding 127 runs for the third wicket.Hong Kong got off to a brisk start in the Powerplay but with only two men allowed outside the circle, both Nizakat Khan and Babar Hayat managed to pick out a man on the boundary to fall by the end of the sixth over. West Ham United will “soon” finalise the appointment of Tim Steidten as their new technical director in the Premier League, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Who is Tim Steidten?

Steidten is a former professional who played as a defensive midfielder until he retired in 2009, and he’s since gone on to have an experienced career behind-the-scenes. Starting at Werder Bremen, the 44-year-old held several roles including Head of Scouting and Director of Football, before joining Bayer Leverkusen to eventually take on the position of Sports Coordinator, a post which he left back in March, as per Transfermarkt.

The Guardian reported that the Irons are looking to add to their recruitment team and were considering the German as a serious candidate having made a positive impression whilst holding talks, during which he met up with David Moyes.

The London Stadium outfit must have been happy with what they saw in negotiations because it wasn’t long before Romano stated that the deal was “done and almost sealed” as confirmed by sources close to the club, and it sounds like an official announcement is now imminent.

Are West Ham appointing Steidten?

Taking to Twitter, Romano revealed that West Ham are set to unveil Steidten as their latest fresh member of the hierarchy, with the statement being put out simply a matter of time. He wrote:

“No doubts on West Ham appointing Tim Steidten as new technical director — it will be completed soon, it’s done since last week.”

What could Steidten bring to E20?

West Ham will know that they will need to find a suitable technical director in order to progress the club both on and off the pitch and Steidten would be the perfect candidate with the bags of experience and excellent track record that he could bring to E20.

During his time at Bayer Leverkusen, the transfer guru was credited with a key role in signing the likes of Edmond Tapsoba, Jeremie Frimpong and Piero Hincapie, who have all gone on to become huge prospects, with reports suggesting that he puts a heavy focus on data and youth when identifying transfer targets.

Should Declan Rice be sold, Steidten is likely to have a healthy budget to play with and he’s clearly in demand having also held discussions with Manchester United, so it’s a massive coup that the Irons have managed to fend off the competition and he is an appointment that supporters are no doubt excited about.

Aston Villa are in the process of determining "exactly what their targets are" this summer following the arrival of new sporting director Monchi, but one player "on their radar" is Tyler Adams, claims transfer insider Dean Jones.

Aston Villa transfer news – what's the latest on Tyler Adams?

It's all go at Villa Park this summer, and the transfer window has kicked off with links to a whole host of top players, including Yuri Tielemans and Federico Chiesa, potentially Pau Torres and with the arrival of star Sporting Director Monchi, there could be a lot more in the coming weeks.

However, the latest name to add to that list is captain of the American national team, Tyler Adams.

According to a report from the Athletic last week, the Midlands club have upped their interest in the 24-year-old, and he is now 'high on Villa's list of targets this summer.'

The Athletic have also reported that regardless of Leeds United's relegation from the Premier League last season, they want £40m for their star midfielder, which is double what they paid RB Leipzig to bring him to England.

However, the Villains aren't the only side keen on the American gem, with the Daily Mail reporting that Steve Cooper's Nottingham Forest are considering an offer for the midfielder.

What has transfer insider Dean Jones said about Tyler Adams to Aston Villa?

Jones pointed out that the arrival of superstar sporting director Monchi as the club's new President of Football Operations has impacted the side's transfer dealings but that Adams was still very much a player the club were considering this summer.

Speaking to Football FanCast, he said: "Monchi is in at Aston Villa, and they're trying to determine exactly what their targets are, and if there are any other roads that he can help them progress down. But certainly Tyler Adams is on their radar."

Would Tyler Adams be a good signing for Aston Villa?

Despite Leeds' relegation to the Championship last season, Adam's had a reasonably successful campaign individually, demonstrating to the rest of the league just how good he could be within a highly dysfunctional Lilywhites side.

According to WhoScored, the midfielder, who has been hailed as a "machine", averaged a decent rating of 6.73 across his 24 Premier League games last season, with a very impressive average pass accuracy of 90.2%.

However, where the Wappinger Falls-born "machine" – as described by Wes Rucker – truly shines is in the defensive side of the game.

According to FBref, who compare players in a similar position across Europe's top five leagues, Adams sits in the top 1% for tackles, the top 3% for blocks, and the top 18% for interceptions, all per 90.

He is a player that never shies away from a challenge and is the epitome of determination and grit on the pitch, so it is perhaps no surprise that his National Coach, Greg Berhalter, heaped praise on him, saying:

"He's the general, he's the strategist. He's the guy that goes out there and leads by example. When he talks, people listen."

Adams would be a fantastic signing for Villa, and while the reported fee of £40m is certainly a lot of money, they know they will be getting a Premier League-proven midfielder and one with genuine leadership qualities that could help turn Unai Emery's side into regular top six finishers.
